Troubleshooting: Q: My DVR is displaying video loss where the image from my camera should be. A: 1. Check that the extension cable (power and video) is securely connected to the camera. 2. Ensure that the video output from the camera is securely connected to a video input channel on the DVR. 3. Verify that the power from the camera is securely connected to a power supply. 4. If the camera mode does not match your DVR, there are 2 ways to set it up. - Press the OSD Joystick “DOWN” for 5 seconds, and if there is still no picture, try pressing “LEFT” “RIGHT””UP” for 5 seconds until the signal matches your DVR. - Make sure the signal of your DVR matches the mode of the camera using the OSD Joystick.
